Our Automatic Cooling Bed consists of a twin- channel bar receiving mechanism and a movable rack cooling bed. The main purpose of using this cooling bed is to uniformly air- cool the TMT bars. It then transports those TMT bars in a phased manner from the entry of the cooling bed to discharge side. Our cooling bed is specially designed taking into consideration the smallest and the maximum size of the bars being rolled and the time required for their cooling.
